I am so disappointed in myself.  I wanted to blog everyday about my workout and eating habit.  It is official, I SUCK!  I am so sorry. 

As far as my workout for today.  I only did 1.  It was my early morning one.  I used to do my entire workout first thing in the morning, but here in more recent months, I have noticed that my body wants to give out.  Lack of food maybe??? 

So, for the past few months, I do a "warm up" first thing.  Have Breakfast and then go to the Y around 9ish. 

I am sorry that I have been so long in posting.  I will try to post a lot more.  I hope everyone is having a good week!
