I was catching up on some magazine flipping (because I don't really read them) this weekend, and found a new exercise that I am going to have to try out this week.
It is called a "Preacher Curl".
I could not find a picture of EXACTLY what I wanted, but you get the point. According to Fitness, you can do this exercise by sitting backwards in a chair, hanging your arms over the back, and curling!
I will take a picture of me trying this one out, and give you an update!
